Can you believe how quickly Term 1 has flown by?

On Monday 24th March, the P&C team held our AGM along with our monthly general meeting. During the AGM, all Executive positions were vacated for re-election. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank your to the 2024 Executive Team:

Your dedication and hard work helped us achieve so much last year, and we truly appreciate everything you have done. As a fantastic start to 2025, we are excited to have allocated $20 per student to help reduce the cost of swimming.

Fundraiser Update - Fun Run & Cross Country

We hope all students enjoyed the Fun Run and Cross Country on Wednesday. So far we've raised $8139, and with a few days left, we're aiming for our $10,000 goal. 111 students have registered a profile, so if you haven't yet, register and encourage friends and family to donate! Prize ordering opens 3rd April and closes 9th April - be sure to select your prizes before the holidays to avoid missing out.

Easter Parade, Bake Sale and Musical Raffle

To finish the term, we're hosting a bake sale at the Easter Parade on the last day of school. If you're a keen baker, we'd love you're help! To avoid an overload of banana bread, please email us at p&crsss@gmail.com with what you would like to contribute.

Drop-off for baked goods:

• Thursday 2.45pm-4pm at the PAC (so we can package them up). 

The Musical Raffle will also be drawn at the Easter Bonnet Parade, so keep your phones handy in case you're a lucky winner and be ready for that call so you can take it home in the afternoon, before the holidays. Tickets are available via Flexischools.

Looking ahead - Mother's Day Raffle & Stall

After the Easter break, we'll dive into our Mother's Day Raffle and Stall. 

• Raffle tickets: Available via Flexischools or money and forms can be handed to the tuckshop before school
• Stall dates: Thursday 8^th May & Friday 9th May in the PAC during school time.

We're also looking for donations of new items for the raffle. If you or someone you know would like to contribute, items can be dropped off at the school admin office. If donating on behalf of a business, please include their details so we can acknowledge them.

Additionally, we need volunteers to help at the Mother's Day Stall! If you can spare some time, please email us.
